Alfa Best College of Science and Technology (ABCST), a premier +2 and +3 residential science college is established in the divine abode of Tulasikshetra, Kendrapara. It is recognized by the Government of Odisha, and affiliated to CHSE (O) and Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

ABCST was founded in Kendrapara in 2010, and that year its revolutionary course began with the inception of the 1st Residential +2 science college of the district named Alfa Best Higher Secondary School of Science and Technology (ABHSSST). And adding to its thumping success, ABCST founded in 2017, its +3 science college named Alfa Best Degree College of Science and Technology (ABDCST), also the 1st Residential degree science college of Kendrapara.
